She's not a sociopath. A sociopath, according to Webster's, is "A person manifesting asocial or antisocial behavor or character traits". A sociopath cares only about themselves and meeting their needs, and they have the same regard for the feelings and needs of other human beings as they would have for the fly they just swatted. You are a pawn in their game. I would say she's psychotic (which means, basically, you have no concept of reality). She doesn't seem neurotic. Narcicistic...yeah. That would work.
