Just for the record, 'Condemned' was in reference to the handle of the person her post was addressed to, although she did botch his name a little.

I admit that I've had my share of fun at Jen's expense...but hasn't it become a bit redundant by now? Maybe it's just because I've been talking a fair bit with her one on one and don't view her as a psychotic moron any more, but I'm beginning to agree with TZA that the constant baiting of Jen is petty and immature.
It occurs to me that you'll probably scoff at this notion, Tilly, but I really do think that Jen is making an effort to change. Even if she weren't, I wonder now that the people who continue to deliberately provoke Jen into making a fool of herself--and yes, I'm as guilty as the next person--aren't the ones with the problem that needs fixing.
I for one, can't do it any more, because there's nothing Jen has done that can condone this sort of childish behavior. And it is extremely childish, the way she is constantly made the object of ridicule just so the rest of us can have a jolly good laugh. And no, Jen hasn't done anything that puts her outside the bounds of decency and makes it 'okay' to mock her endlessly. It's past time to stop.
I'm not condoning the things Jen has done, not by any means; however, I firmly believe that the right way to handle this does not include stooping to Jen's level. By badgering the poor girl relentlessly and continually trying bait her into a rant, we are only spotlighting our own worst characteristics.
I, for one, have taken a good, long look at the way I've been acting toward Jen the past few weeks, and I really don't like what I've seen. TZA is right--most of us are too old to be acting this immature. It puts me to shame that Vie has shown a good deal more maturity than those of us who have been hounding Jen.
