It won't offend :) Actually, the thing that fixed it was accupuncture. It's an old sports injury that had been getting worse.

Awesome and utterly terrifying. I was walking to the bus one day and went around a blind corner and there, six feet away, was a black bear. It was a really beautiful creature!

Dressing up in white kevlar and dancing around while screaming and hitting another person with a piece of metal. Also known as fencing ^_^
