Jed, your comment I would like to respond to firstly, I believe that my post are intended to make churches/committee members and public a safer environment for all concerned in that people hopefully do not face any civil action either individually or as a group /eg committee; as this could have ramifications as they would have to pay the legal costs to defend themselves and therefore is this not insuring a consistent standard and protecting all parties concerned, I am sure you would be aware that ultimately as per previous posts that responsibility is devolved down to a local level and ultimately if they breech SNU rules and they are going outside the process and acting in a independent manner either individually or as a committee, however, once the committee make a decision the decision stands as a collective decision Responsibility lays with the committee and it is my belief when they operate outside the process they are open to potential civil action, you need to check this with your committee and the SNU. In fact does any one in the SNU like to comment on this thread which I have posted. I would be willing to discuss this with you. so you see there is no ulterior motive only in the best interest of all, and there is no need to worry “Jed” if it’s done properly fairly, equitably, and is open honest and transparent and has the correct policy procedures in place Health and Safety and public liability/indemnities etc and is open to constructive criticism and the committee operate in the best interest of the church and for the public and have not deviated from any rules. It is my opinion from the posts I’ve read and from my personal perspective and people I have come into contact with, it appears there has been hidden personal agendas, subjectivity, biased and including discrimination. This is just a little of what I have perceived on here.
Please tell me what is wrong with that. a bit touchy there Jed.
You have asked people to use their proper names however a bit like the pot calling the kettle black here “Jed” nor have you lol.
Are you from the SNU using a pseudo because to use your real name as that contribute to bringing the SNU into disrepute eg as like face book posting on a public forum. however, that can always be check can’t it by your IP.
