Rowan. Thank you for sharing your experience. When I first posted my experience of Daulby and voiced my concerns, I thought maybe one or two people might, for the sake of others, do the same. I had no idea that SO many people, ex members etc had experienced such hostility, lies, deception and threats, and the people responsible would have us believe in 'healing' and 'love and light'. My motivation for posting on here was purely to benefit other people who may have similar experiences, to let them know that they are not alone, and to warn others who may be thinking of attending services and workshops there. All people wish to be happy and free from suffering, but unfortunately, the only way to achieve this is by learning how to practice virtue - loving kindness, and this is a personal job that none can do for us. Spirit cannot do it for us, nor can Angels delivery happiness like a present, and, as Jesus said, 'Surgeon, heal thyself'. I'm afraid projecting disgusting accusations against the innocent will not achieve anything other than to further entrench the mental health problems suffered and encouraged by some of those attending Daulby. I wish you well on your spiritual path.
