Secondly a safe guarding office cannot ban disabled people, and any ban should come from its committee and the reasons for the ban otherwise it can be classed as discrimination, also youth clubs should be accessible to all as they should have facilities for disabled children if they dont have then they have a set time to make the center accessible disabled friendly. also the safe guarding officer should do a risk assessment and this assessment should be discused by its management board [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ]
