Your Policy reads:

"You will not stalk users of our system, nor will you post, email, or otherwise transmit any data which is illegal, harassing, threatening, abusive, or obscene to our system nor any user of our system".

There are messages relating to Vxxxx Wxxxxx on your forum that contradict the wording of your own policy above;

You surely must look after the people who use your forum and must not allow these messages to be displayed on your forum without any substantiated proof of their content;

I have also contacted the police regarding this and await their decision, and they have asked me to send this email. I am a friend of Vxxxx Wxxxxx and I am asking you to please remove all messages from your forum relating to Vxxxx she has suffered enough from people posting irresponsible and hurtful messages

It also reads,

"This Agreement is entered into in Beverly Hills, California. You agree that California state law (regardless of conflicts of law principles) shall govern this Agreement, and that any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the federal and state courts in Beverly Hills, California. This Agreement is accepted by you upon your access or use of of Voyager's sites, services, or systems in any way including but not limited to Voyager's sites Voy.com, Voyager.com, their subdomains, or any other domains of Voyager. Use includes viewing pages, messages, forums, or otherwise receiving information from Voyager's systems, or copies of information from Voyager's systems, as well as sending any type of messages, data, or otherwise acessing Voyager's systems or services".

So, err, any reply from the cops? I believe they've got detectives working on it around the clock and they're gonna get a big break on the case any day now! (Yawn)
