of teams in Cleveland, Buffalo, San Diego & Seattle
... and none of 'em have teams in all 4 major sports.)

Cleveland most certainly does have teams in all four major sports.

They have the Indians (Major League Baseball), the Browns (NFL), the Cavaliers (NBA) and the Crunch (soccer).

If you were thinking of hockey and not soccer, please forgive me...but I do believe Cleveland has an IHL team, which is still a professional hockey team, although they do not have an NHL team any longer (that team is now in Minnesota). BTW, there is also a WNBA team in Cleveland as well. I don't know the names of the WNBA and IHL teams, though.
