he knew she was lying.. he felt the chillness in the air.. he sat and felt her scooch over a bit. he smiled.. "here.." he took off his buttoned shirt and put it across her shoulders. "its not much.. but it'll keep you warmer." he sat back and felt her lean against him. he watched the horses and looked out onto the horizon once more. she spoke and he smiled at her last question. "hmm, i wasnt too cold to begin with.. i mean, i just need a girl like you to be here.. keeps my heart warm.." he smiled and looked into her eyes.
