Yeah, yeah! The company that acts like a real stickler is ADV, they get their acters to work exclusivly for them (though I think I'm hearing Brett Weaver, the voice of Carrot Glaice, Tora, Gai Daigugi, doing the voice of the teacher guy in Very Private Lessons, which is actually a fitting role for him. His contract must have run out so he's working for Anime Works now.) But lately they seem to be a bit lax on it, they're letting Manga use their Eva acters for the movies, and the Brett Weaver thing above could be part of them being a more lax to but who knows. Also it seems that Pioneer, Anime Works, and Saban use many of the same acters, for example you have Joshua Seth doing the voice for Tai from Digimon (Saban), a kid from Kenshin (Anime Works), and Kazuke(sp?) from Dual (Pioneer) among others from those companies. But there's some bigger names that do what ever they want like Wendy Lee, because they can.

Um, I'm rambling...
