i was about to try soul's method but when i finish scanning, it didn't show any signs of the virus.

so i decided to restart the comp again but tweak the start up scan a lil. i set it to automatically repair and fix the file when it detects the virus. Then the virus found warning did not pop up but when i checked the quarantined section, its there. I've then deleted the virus. I was so tired right after tht i've just shut down my comp and went to bed.
