They were supposed to ship this month but they ran in to some delays. They now are shipping in may, probably like mid-may, then about 3 weeks after they hit the muppets labs playsets supposed to ship. It was supposed to ship with the figure, but beakers mouth articulation was defective so they had to change it at the last minute.
