It's something totally diffent. on some of the old Anime 18 videos they have a "disclamer" so to speak at the begining where they attempt to explaine the differences between regular anime and hentai. However they also do this to avoid child porn laws as they explaine that "all characters in hentai are 18 or older" and how all students continue to wear uniforms even in college, which is total bull on both accounts. It's an "interesting" segment, but also very inacurate.
