Thats what I'd do, if I could make a Jp toy new site, It'd basically be like an ameican online version of dengenki [minus resin kits and stuff, just toys and maybe some completed figures]. It'd cover Action figures, dolls, capsule figures, prize items, plushies, theres allot of source material. You could have a forum too, and reviews. Get like 10 people doing it that'd be cool.... too bad it cost money to run sites, whatever happened to the good ol free internet ;-p. Anyways just a pipe dream
