Dare did the art, but i did the "programing" so to speak, I did part of it here too, but Soul wouldn't admit that. ;-)

Well either way would work, but it depends on what you want it too be. If you want a "club house" like this one then limit that sucker, but if you want it to actually be something, then open it to the public. If you plan to put a lot of work into it then make the most of it, if you just want a forum and that's it then just a handful of people would be ok.
