Billy Ray, Billy Ray, Billy Ray... poor man got exactly 14 minutes and 58 seconds of fame. But he singlehandedly revived a hairstyle that says: "Hey baby, I'm business up front, but party in the rear." or rather: "Hello, I could only afford half a haircut. Am I not the lowest rung on the social ladder, old chap?"
And that's when the guy with the 'rat tail' hair cut shows up, taps him on the shoulder and begs to differ.

Saw a porkmullet today waiting outside of Michaels, presumably for his "Mar" while she "Shopped fer some o' them godamn fake flowers n'sh(edited to save Soul's virgin ears)t."
