If it sounds too good to be true (entire collections, no cover work, looooow prices) then it probably is. However, some distributers do send out early releases to cons from time to time. For example ADV had Getter Robo available at AX before it's official release date by a few weeks.

But yeah, if they sound like bootlegs, they probably are.
