Well, he's about 3-4 inches tall (sorry, no ruler with me), is orange with a yellow belly, yellow annteanna and has little green wings.

I just noticed a tiny little sticker on the box that says "Top Insight B Licence Korea Only". It says "P-11" several places on the box and instructions which I assume is the number given to this kit in the set. The front of the box has the dragon taking up most of it and a picture of the kid(Ash?)holding Pikachu in the bottom left corner. It's made by Academy Plastic Model Co. Ltd.

At any rate I guess it's from Korea.
