If you've got a DVD player the VCD should play fine. There is no diff between a copy or original VCD, since it's technically just an MPEG file with a bunch of peripherals. I don't think PS2's will work unless you mod them, just like PSXs (Yes, the PSX can play VCDs if you mod em too!). Other than that, WMP will play them on your com. My screen's 17", so it's pretty watchable. VCD resolutions run about 320 x 255 or something like that, so you'll have to blow them up full screen.

Most anime geeks will be watching DivX files on their com anyway, since no ones made a DivX player for telly yet.
