Well Hair Pie is an ancient English dish and is very popular these days. The main consitituents are rideau en boeuf and the juice of one poonani topped with a (hopefully) thin crust. Is usually enjoyed with Haddock Pasties or Vertical Bacon Sandwiches. Possibly accompaniement is Chucked Custard (a form of warm sauce).
