this is Canada as I know it :). Last week we were boiling, shorts and all. I thought "well this time it must be spring for real"-I learned the hard way to always be suspicious of this- so I undid my cat door so she can come in and out as she wishes. Now it's snowing, agghr! And I can't put the heating back because the cat door is open (it's kind of hard work to close it and isolate) and all the warm air would escpae from there. So we are freezeing. I have drawings for school to finish, but it is quite hard to draw with gloves on! and we slept with our hats on :). Reminded us of the ice storm few years ago when the electricity went down for few weeks after New Year, we had a rabbit then , from my little brother's class. Lucky rabbit we had him for Christmas break because many other people abandonned their pets to freeze at home and went to human shelters(no animals allowed there). We had a cat, mice and a rabbit to keep hot, it was something:).
