Subject: Is my bunny DEPRESSED? Help.

Hi guys! I am a late arrival, I've always been more of a weekly visitor to the rabbit board but I was sure bummed to hear the news. I feel like everyone's gone their own ways now...

Anyhow, my bunny Byron has been acting funny lately. He and Dustin have always been best friends(both long since neutered) but I think lately they've been having occasional scuffles. Byron chases Dustin in circles and I don't know why..

Plus he has become quite the fussy bunny with me. He never used to bite but now when I try to take him out of his cage or put him back he gives me those "warning" bites. I also might think he is depressed or worse yet-bored... I feel bad and helpless because the whole reason I got Dustin was so Bryon would never be lonely(they've been roommates for 10 or so monthes).

Are there any opinions or advise or ideas to keep my bunnies the playful little critters they once were? They just lay around like my cats now, and when in his cage, I often see Byron's chin laying on the ground- he looks truly bored. Or is this just a sign of maturing? He's only a bit over a year old...

Thanks for reading this - any post would sure help!

Cyndir
