Well,I would try giving them toys to play with,like bunny toys,but those little plastic cat balls with the bells in them work also.My sister has a neutered rabbit who lives in her room and he loves the little cat balls.Chasing in circles,it could be the other is just trying to mount him or maybe a dominance thing.If you tried to take one a way for a while then brought him back,they'd probably fight even worse so I probably would try not to separate them.(rabbits seem to have short memories sometimes:-)Thats all I can think of but hope it helps:)
