Subject: Help..with posting a pic

I have pictures saved on my desktop ( I dont have a scanner so a friend scanned them, emailed them to me and I have them saved on my desk top ). Is there any way to post these pics...they are saved as Netscape j-peg pictures.
They are pics of my boys, Lexus and Nika!

Anyone ? I am pretty computer illiterate! LOL
