R.E.Y�MYSTERIO�HERE WE GO!!!

Rey Mysterio explodes out from beneath the stage at Smackdown, sending the crowd into cheers. Rey comes down the ramp and rushes into the ring, leaping to the apron and rolling his fingers together in a 450 sign, then bouncing to the mat, keeping the crowd going and prepared for the next step to his crowning as the 2004 King of the Ring!

�Evolve� answers Rey, as Nick Dinsmore walks from behind the curtain. Dinsmore has left his towel behind him and looks back at the crowd. He stops and does a slight pickup in his step, coming purposefully to the ring. Nick leaps onto the apron and wipes his feet off on it, before stepping through and feinting right at Rey.

Mysterio ducks away and backs up, seeing Nick circle and prepare for him like a shark. As soon as the bell rings, Dinsmore lunges in and Rey snaps behind him with a takedown, scurrying in for a go behind. Nick spins around on the mat and gets a waist lock on Mysterio, powering back for a German. Rey goes into a full flip and lands behind Nick. As soon as he turns around, Mysterio leaps up and gives him a leg lariat, sending him to the canvas. Nick gets up, and Rey rushes him from behind with a facebuster. Mysterio then leaps on him and yanks back on the leg, but Nick kicks out, unable to be powered down.

Rey then races off of the ropes and slides under his legs, taking Nick�s ankle along with him into a body scissor. Dinsmore tries to scurry out, but Rey rotates along with him, keeping hold of his foot. Dinsmore moves away and grabs onto the bottom rope. The referee goes to tell Rey to break the hold and he does, partially. Mysterio keeps one hand on it, and then puts another on Nick�s 2nd leg. Rey then sees him with his hand on the ropes and pulls outward, yanking Nick off the ropes and forcing him HARD down to the mat. Nick cradles his own head and Rey turns, giving a standing moonsault onto him and going for another pin attempt.

Dinsmore snaps out at 2, moving to his feet as Rey goes right at him with a chop across the chest! Nick backs up from it and returns with another one, that Rey ducks and gives a jab to his midsection. As soon as Nick bends over, Mysterio leaps onto his back and locks him in a sunset flip type hold. Rey goes upwards partially,waves his arms and goes to spin him over with a sunset flip bomb. Nick adjusts and doesn�t allow himself to be powered over. He stands there, but cradles Rey as he moves. He reaches around to grab his legs, and uses the free arm to catch his head. Nick then steps forward and drops straight out to the canvas, with a Kryptonite Krunch! Dinsmore goes and lays across him, putting an elbow across his jaw and getting a 1, 2, and ONLY a 2 count as Rey pops his arm out. Nick has had enough of this and yanks Rey up by the waistband, getting set for a German Suplex. He snaps it back and watches in horror as Rey slips out of his grasp, arching himself in midair and taking him down with a bodypress! Dinsmore rolls out of it and goes back up to his feet. Rey sees him coming and takes his legs out from under him. Nick turns and goes into a 360 degree spin, taking Rey head over heels with a clothesline.

Adonis Jordan starts to come down the ramp slowly, holding the back of his neck and glaring in at Dinsmore and Mysterio both. Adonis stands at ringside and just looks in, tapping his hand at his side impatiently. Dinsmore looks up, seeing Adonis and backs away, giving him a stare and circling around Rey.

Mysterio stays planted into the canvas as Dinsmore goes right onto the attack. He grabs the back of his head and pulls him into an inverted STF, pulling hard on his neck. Rey reaches out for the ropes and almost makes them, the ref goes to check on it. As soon as he does, Dinsmore drops his hands down across his throat, choking him without the referee seeing. Rey flails out on the ropes, as Nick raises his hands back up to beneath the chin. Rey gives one last grab and catches hold of the bottom rope, holding his breath until Dinsmore has no choice except to break it. Nick gets to his feet and pulls Rey up by the back of his pants. Nick ducks down and lifts him up and high with a backdrop suplex, then pops back up to his feet. Dinsmore pulls Rey back up like a rag doll and Irish whips him into the ropes. Mysterio comes back around as Nick catches him and snaps his body backwards with a released belly to belly suplex. Rey lands hard on the mat this time and just lays there, Dinsmore turning around and giving Adonis a �WHAT?� as Jordan just stands there, tapping again.

Nick turns his attention back to Mysterio with a boot to the back of his head. He gives Adonis a second look and fires another to Rey. Nick hoists him back up to his feet and gives a HARD chop across his chest, leaning in to him and yelling �WHOOO!!!� Rey receipts him with a shot across the chest, and Nick goes for an answer. Rey ducks that one and leaps up as high as he can, giving an enziguri to the back of Dinsmore�s head. The kick is forceful enough to knock Nick into the 2nd rope, leaning him outside of the ring. Rey then gets a running start and comes racing off the ropes with the 619, BLASTING Dinsmore in the face with it! Nick goes falling off of the ropes and bouncing to the middle of the ring. Rey then goes to the outside and yanks himself up onto the apron, getting ready to leap to the top rope when he�s caught from behind by a chairshot from Adonis! Mysterio gets his foot caught on the rope from the impact and falls right on his neck, having lost his balance and landing hard on the canvas.

Dinsmore moves over, seeing Rey hit the mat and hoists him up in a suplex position, he tucks his body and plows him into the canvas with a NickNack, pulling up on his leg as they both land. The ref drops down and gives a 1�2�and a 3 count! Dinsmore has now moved on to the finals of the King of the Ring tournament, as Jordan gives him a knowing look and heads to the back, leaving the chair behind.
