"Evolve" comes on the speakers, along with the normal ticking. Adonis Jordan and Nick Dinsmore step from behind the curtain and put their fists together before heading down the ramp. They stand on the outside for a second and then enter in, doing respective poses before waiting in there.









"Worlds Greatest" blasts over the speakers, signaling the arrival of Shelton Benjamin!









Moments later, "One of a Kind" rips over the speakers, and Benjamin is met by his partner, Rob Van Dam! They pound fists and make their way down the ramp and into the ring, followed out from behind by Charlie Haas!


Dinsmore and Adonis yell at one another, not expecting to see Haas out there and retreating to the outside to confer. Sheldon and RVD do their usual in ring stuff as Haas immediately takes off around the ring, mugging Adonis, running him right over! Charlie then begins to hammer away on Dinsmore, popping the crowd before rolling him into the ring! Haas then pulls Adonis back up and sends him crashing into the ring steps, and referee Brian Hebner has seen enough and he EJECTS Haas from ringside!

Nick stumbles to his feet and turns to yell at Haas, as Hebner grabs him by the waist and keeps him from going outside. Brian yanks him back into the ring and Nick spins right into a leg lariat from RVD! Van Dam waits Nick up and sends a second kick to the midsection and goes to chop him down to size. He grabs him by the head and sends him face first into Benjamin's outstretched boot, reaching in for a tag.

Benjamin takes the tag and goes up top, flying off with a sit-out clothesline that drives Dinsmore into the mat! He then spots Adonis pulling himself up on the outside and tags RVD back in, racing over to the ropes and drops with a baseball slide, sending Jordan crashing into the barricade!

Meanwhile, RVD races into the ring and comes off the ropes with the Rolling Thunder, covering for a two count! Adonis hits the barricade and moves back to his corner slowly, watching as Dinsmore kicks out after the Rolling Thunder. Nick pulls on the ropes and tries to wave off Van Dam, claiming he's in a neutral zone. RVD meets him with a thrust kick and lifts him onto his shoulders, taking a running start and drive shim into the mat with a roll, followed up by a split legged moonsault!

Nick puts his knees up at the last second, feeling RVD crash into them. He rolls off to his side and then to his feet, driving a kick into the back of Van Dam's neck. He hoists him up to his feet and lifts him up, grabbing his leg on the way and coming down on his OWN knee, crunching down Van Dam's. Nick lets him drop to the canvas and keeps his leg hostage. He wraps it around his own in a spinning toe hold and falls backwards, tagging Adonis on the way down. Nick keeps it locked in as Jordan slingshots his way over the top rope and onto the side of Van Dam's knee!

Adonis rolls to his feet and looks down at RVD in disgust, looping the leg back up and dragon whipping him to the canvas a second time. Jordan then gets back up, and backs into the ropes. He moves off with speed and turns on a dime, rushing over and punching Benjamin right in the jaw! This prompts Shelton to rush into the ring, just to be held back by Hebner.

Adonis and Dinsmore take the opportunity to go right after Van Dam's knee. Dinsmore yanks back on it and extends out for Jordan to drop an elbow right on the cap of it. As Hebner has his back turned, they switch positions, with Adonis going outside. Nick quickly snatches him in Fisherman suplex position and holds him in the air, walking forward and dropping RVD right on the turnbuckle, knee first!

Nick hangs him up there and starts to climb to the 2nd turnbuckle, holding Van Dam aloft on his shoulders and gets ready to come off the top. Dinsmore gets inspired and slowly climbs to the top turnbuckle, perching for a second. Benjamin races over and shoves him, making him lose his grip on RVD! Van Dam adjusts himself in midair and crashes down onto Nick's chest, turning it into a high body press!

Both men are laid out on the canvas as the fans go to their feet, clapping for RVD and watching the race to get to their corner! RVD finally nears his corner and makes the DIVING tag to Shelton just as Adonis was tagged in! Benjamin springs himself into the ring from over the top rope and leapfrogs Adonis, drilling him with a standing dropkick as soon as he turns around! Jordan pops to his feet and stumbles into an Exploder slam from Benjamin! Shelton yanks back on his leg and cradles the other one, getting a 1....2....ONLY a 2 count as Dinsmore breaks it up!

RVD is back in, going head to head with Dinsmore as Hebner has now lost all control of this match! Adonis goes up behind Van Dam and drills a knee in his back, bending him forward and getting set up for the pump handle DDT! Right as he goes into a spin, he pauses as SPANKY comes off of the top rope and clotheslines Jordan to the canvas, breaking up the move on RVD!













Adonis gets up a bit and Spanky cradles his head, rushing the ropes and running up them with the Sliced Bread #2!!! Hebner has seen enough and he calls for the bell, throwing this match out! Evolution are now outnumbered and having their asses handed to them, that is until Les Separatistes arrive, taking over the odds and mugging Benjamin, tossing RVD to the outside, and signaling out Spanky!













They quickly lift him onto their shoulders and spin him into the mat with the La Fin finisher! Rene pops right back up to his feet, doing the French Shuffle from side to side when he is DRILLED across the back with a Charlie Haas chair shot!


Haas clears the ring of Evolution and Les Separatistes, running them all off as we go to a commercial break!
