~The first few drumming beats start, soon turning into the awesome guitar riff of “You Think I Ain’t Worth A Dollar, But I Feel Like A Millionaire” before fully breaking out into the song. The fans cheer loudly as the new Smackdown! General Manager, Athene appears at the top of the ramp, wearing a very short mini skirt, accentuating her killer legs, a blouse, and long, matching button-up jacket. She heads down the ramp, mic in hand and climbs into the ring, waiting out the cheers from the fans.~


“Last week I got a sense of what it is like to have the kind of power that I have. Firing that bitch Stephanie McMahon…” ~the crowd boos loudly at the name~ “…and re-instating the Manster Brock Lesnar…” ~the crowd now cheers loudly~ “…felt DAMN GOOD. Now tonight, Chris Benoit will be challenging Kurt Angle for the World Championship, but whoever wins that match will need an opponent at Survivor Series. So, tonight, I will be naming the number one contender for the World Championship, who will challenge at Survivor Series—“










-Before Athene can finish, “Debonaire” rips over the speakers, and the fans immediately fill the arena with boos as Jesse Hart limps out onto the top of the stage. Athene looks over in annoyance as Jesse stops partway down and waits a few moments before being joined by the fired Stephanie McMahon!-












~Stephanie meets Jesse at the top of the stage and looks out to the crowd who boo her loudly, as Athene stands with a hand on her hip, unimpressed. Stephanie then nods to Jesse and rubs his shoulder, asking him if he’s ok to make it down to the ring without assistance, and he says no, allowing her to aid him.~


-Once at ringside, Stephanie holds the ropes open for Jesse as he slowly steps through, almost losing his balance but catches himself, reassuring the fans that he’s A-Okay. Stephanie then takes a mic and waits for the crowd to die down before speaking.-


Steph: “Now I know that none of you were expecting to see me ever again, but did you actually THINK that I could be fired by… Athene?” ~She smirks over at Athene, who rolls her eyes in response.~ “I don’t know just who in the HELL you think you are Athene, but I’m Stephanie McMahon, dammit, and I do the firing around here… not YOU!”


-As Athene jaws at Stephanie, Jesse takes the mic from Steph and begins to speak over the crowd’s jeers.- “I think what my associate is trying to say, is that I’m still running the show… and what I say goes.”

~Athene raises a brow, saying, without the mic, “Is that right?”~

~Hart nods his head.~ “So I don’t know WHAT the hell you think you’re doing about Survivor Series, because I’m already the number one contender, and that’s just the way it’s gonna be.”

Athene: “Well if it’s the case that YOU are running Smackdown!, and not me, tell me, why is it that MY name is on the contract for every match tonight? Tell me, why is it MY name on the General Manager’s office door? But really, I think you’re getting a little ahead of yourself here. You’re letting yourself get so worked up over my announcement when I haven’t even ANNOUNCED who the number one contender will be.”

~Jesse and Stephanie both raise a brow, looking at her questioningly.~

Athene: “And if you had just let me finish before running your mouth, you would have heard that, YOU, Jesse Hart, in fact will be challenging for the World Championship at Survivor Series.”

~The crowd is a little surprised at this announcement, but that doesn’t stop them from booing Jesse, who also looks taken aback at first, but then nods with a smirk. A grin slowly spreads over Stephanie’s face as she nods as well.~

Athene: “And Jesse… if I have ANYTHING to do with it… which I will, seeing as I’m the General Manager… you’ll be walking out of Survivor Series with the World championship belt around your waist.”

~Athene now grins, looking right at Jesse, as Stephanie grins wickedly, clapping her hands. The crowd now boos loudly, realizing Athene’s game.~

Athene: “So, NOW will you tell me, Jesse… who is it running the show?”

~Hart points to Athene with a grin.~ “You… and me…” ~He then turns to Stephanie, who waits expectantly to be included, grinning widely at Jesse, when suddenly Hart drops his crutch and moves back into a WICKED Hart Stomp, almost taking Stephanie’s head off! The crowd gasps and is completely stunned as Stephanie drops straight to her back, knocked unconscious as Hart stands over her, looking down with a smirk as he tosses his arm sling aside, and then he looks back over to Athene.-

Jesse: “I run this show cause I know what’s good for business. And what’s good for business, and what’s good for Smackdown, is NOT Stephanie McMahon.” ~the crowd showers Jesse and Athene with boos as Athene grins to Jesse~

Athene: “Sorry, Steph. You were no longer profitable to him.”

Jesse: And what’s good for Smackdown? The long awaited reunion of Jesse Hart and Athene.

-Hart smirks as he extends his hand, and Athene shakes it firmly, grinning herself as she raises Jesse’s arm, pointing to him as she speaks.-

Athene: What you’re all looking at now is the NEXT World Champion come Survivor Series!

-“Debonaire” blasts back over the speakers as the crowd has a mixed reaction, and we then go to a commercial break as Hart and Athene stand over the laid out Stephanie!-
