We Lie, We Cheat, We Steeeeeeal!








“Lie, Cheat, and Steal” hits the speakers as Los Guerreros ride out onto the side of the ramp in a custom Low Rider, playing to the crowd before Eddie slides into the ring, climbing the ropes and shimmies his shoulders from side to side.






ONE OF A KIND!






“One of a Kind” blasts over the speakers, signaling the arrival of the X-Division Champion, Rob Van Dam! Rob slides into the ring just in time to thumb to himself as Bridget announces him as “Rob… Van… Dam!”


Chavo climbs onto the apron, but RVD chases him off with a teaser kick, allowing Eddie to jump him from behind. Guerrero works Rob into the ropes with right hands and fires him across, ducking his head on the return; however, RVD turns his back to Eddie and flips right over him, landing on his feet. As soon as Eddie turns around, he catches an RVD front kick, ducks an enzaguri, but RVD drills him on the jaw with the reverse!

Eddie drops down to his back and rolls right back up to his feet and walks right into RVD who hoists him onto his shoulders for a Samoan drop, and then rolls forward, crunching him into the mat. Rob then springs off the ropes with a split-legged moonsault, covering the US champ for a two count!

RVD goes to pull Eddie up, but the resourceful Guerrero rakes him across the eyes. Eddie then takes him over with a back suplex before rolling under the ropes and onto the apron, using the ropes to catapult himself back into the ring with a rolling senton across RVD’s chest, covering for a two count of his own.

Eddie now meets RVD on their feet and drills him with a right hand, firing him across, but RVD comes bouncing back off the ropes with a rolling wheel kick, taking Eddie back down to the mat! Chavo climbs back onto the apron and catches RVD’s attention. Eddie goes to capitalize once more, but Van Dam side steps him and Eddie almost goes running into Chavo! Eddie stops an inch away and holds his hands up, but RVD takes him over from behind with a German suplex, bridging for the pin, getting a one, two, two as Eddie rolls free!

Chavo now climbs to the top in the corner, but Rob comes over quickly, kicking the ropes, tripping Chavo up and sending him crashing feet first to the floor! Rob then springs up to the top rope and flies off with a flipping senton splash onto Chavo on the outside!

The crowd immediately breaks out into a chant of “RVD” as Rob tries to collect himself on the outside, but as soon as he raises to his feet, Eddie uses the ropes to slingshot himself onto Rob with a cross body on the floor! Eddie now rolls Rob back into the ring and goes up to the top rope himself this time, flying off with a Frog Splash, right into the mat as RVD rolls out of the way!

Rob now climbs up to the top rope himself, waits for Eddie to stand, and then flies off with a heel kick to the mouth! Eddie crumbles back down to the mat, and RVD pops the crowd by coming off the ropes with the Rolling Thunder! The crowd now pops LOUDLY as RVD goes up to the top, setting up for the 5 Star Frog Splash! However, Chavo reaches up and grabs one of his legs, and Rob tries desperately to kick him away. Eddie then rushes the corner, springs off the ropes, hooks RVD’s head, and takes him from the top DEEP into the mat head first with a spike DDT! The crowd cringes as RVD’s legs stick out into the air before falling to the mat, and Eddie covers for the one, two, THREE!


“Lie, Cheat, & Steal” blasts over the speakers as Eddie Guerrero has unified the United States and X-Division championships!


Chavo then slides into the ring and begins to kick away at RVD as Eddie cradles both titles, but the crowd then goes WILD as JOHN CENA comes tearing down the ramp!














Cena slides into the ring and goes right after Los Guerreros, running over Chavo! Eddie then drops one of the titles and comes at Cena with a belt shot with the other one, but John ducks him and hoists him onto his shoulders for the FU! However, Chavo comes in from behind with a dropkick to the knee, and Cena drops Eddie onto his feet and crumbles to the mat, allowing Los Guerreros to double team!













EDGE now comes tearing down the ramp and slides into the ring, ducking Chavo’s charge and comes roaring in off the ropes with a SPEAR to the roar from the crowd!


Eddie now jumps on Edge, pounding away on him and takes him over with a rolling snap suplex, popping his hips and goes for another, but as soon as he stands, Cena begins to wail away on him! Edge floats over and lands on his feet, and as Cena hammers away, Edge comes roaring in off the ropes, and John shoves Guerrero right into another HUGE Spear!!

The crowd explodes as both Guerrero’s bail to the outside as “Never Gonna Stop” pounds over the speakers, and Edge has made his impact on his debut night here on SD!
