I chortle.
A sound I rarely make as the look of shock on my face declares.

With a soft laugh I wrap my arms loosely around his neck.
Moving dangerously close...
when a sudden sharp pain strikes me.
Having let my gaurd down I also let down my barriers.
My nails dig into cals shoulders.
Refusing to allow myself to apear as weak
I bear with it my face impassive but my eyes degrading me with hurt.
My head snaps to a dark corner of the blackout.
A strained whisper
