Seing Shawn tense Amber frowns inwardly, biting her lip slightly regretting having brought Helena up, thinking that it was pity, or some related emotion, that caused Shawn to tense, not considering that it might have been his own words.
With as warm a smile as she is able Amber smiles at Shawn before rising from her chair.
"I should probably go, leave you to enjoy your evening and all."
pausing Amber turns and stands, watching Shawn.
"Well... bye"
hearing how awkward the words sound Amber turns quickly, moving away into the main area of the club, heading for the doorway and from there her appartment... Not looking back once as she crosses the clubfloor, her light hearted attitude that had accompanied her into the club gone, or at least hidden, for the moment.
