The priest says the part that is flush left--the parish responds (the indented parts). Notice something--oh, scaly one?

Notice how, when God is being addressed in the prayer, the response is: "Have mercy on us?" "Lord have mercy on us -- Christ have mercy on us -- Lord have mercy on us -- Christ hear us -- Christ, graciously hear us -- God the Father of Heaven, Have mercy on us -- God the Son, Redeemer of the world, Have mercy on us -- God the Holy Ghost, Have mercy on us -- Holy Trinity, one God, Have mercy on us"

"Holy Mary, pray for us..."

What's up with that?!--my goodness--there must be some mistake! Don't Catholics *WORSHIP* Mary--don't they regard her as *GOD*? Then--why, oh why wouldn't the Catholics say: "Holy Mary, Have mercy on us?"

After all--that's the way *those* Catholics address God, in this litany, isn't it? Hmmm... how very curious--isn't it, my hydra-headed Chicken-Snake?

Good one though--way to try to spread those lies and calumnies. I'm sure, your, father, the great serpent, is very proud of you--my long and limbless, little friend.
