Alright gareth lengthy post comin up...just read your comments regarding the tribal gathering warehouse party. I myself was one of the 10,000 people there as was my good friend, John Cross. Your short description of the event only really included your personal agitation at the "commercial" feel to the event, understandably due to the fucking obsene drinks sizes/prices.

Just really wanted to know, apart from the door fee and bar, what you made of the actual event, music wise? Personally it was the best event I've been to so far in this country. (i havent been glasto, and i know u have and rave about it, but im on about club nights/festivals really).

The line up for tribal IMO was spot on, the two big rooms catered for top class house and techno, with a wide choice, the sound systems were all quality (not like other events ive been to eg creamfields and godskitchen global gathering at which the sound levels are always a fucking joke).

When we first walked in one of the warehouses, i got proper hairs-on-the-neck, it was about 5pm, sneak was announced on the mic, and he'd turned the bass right down, so the beats were really tinny, then BANG in comes this bassy beat, and the crowd went fucking insane, i knew it was gonan be fucking class, he proceeded to take the piss with carter on 6 decks.

as u can tell i had a blinder, but like i say- i just wanted to know how u got on there really? cant beleive we didnt see u, i saw about 20 people i knoew who i didnt know were going.
