Let me tell you NO they don't know how to Schedule AT ALL and here I am new Kid on the Block so I can't tell them how to do it but I sure wish I could, I do think I'll talk to the Manager on the Floor and let him know what the problem is and how he could fix it...Monday was a holiday and Most of the workers, decided to call in Sick, so it left only a few of us to handle the load, Then we have 3 of them that were Head Cashier's who think they don't have to do anything but stand up there in Customer Service, and to let you know that Your Break has been canceled instead of taking a register them selve's they just stood there..The Customer's even noticed and asked if those at the CS desk were new, I told them no they were the one's that were schuding this.. I also let them know I was new and doing the best I could and please bare with me they were very under standing..

They do not Know how to schedule at all there are so many that think they know what there are doing but they don't
they also have clique's that give their friends the days they want, hours they want, and forget that those who are full time are to have the morning shifts, as I see it there are those who try to out do the other Head Cashiers, they think they can tell you when you can take breaks etc, they also tell you that they can take your breaks away, I also informed them by LAW they can not take breaks away, they were not aware of that so I will find that law and make a copy and give it to them. This is a new Store, A new Head manager and they all need someone to explain how to make things work.
I'm going to let them know how I feel about this too,
