I assume God is referring to Christians here. I wonder sometimes if there's enough people "who are called by His name" left in America to make a difference. I know with Him all things are possible but I do believe He's very angry with the U.S. and its people and that is why after all the warnings He sent thru different catastrophes, the "people" are still trying to get rid of Him and His Word so He has allowed them leadership like they demanded (kinda like Israel did). "My people who are called by My name" would definitely be aimed at the Christian in this age.

There comes a point in time when even the "righteous" can't save the Country/land, whatever has been sowed, will have to be reaped. According to the scripture/prophecy, America/world had reached that point in time for the Antichrist to appear and the Tribulation period to start. No amount of praying can stop God's judgment, when you've reached that point in time.
