And very timely, judging by today's craziness. I don't think Christians will be able to turn the tide. We'll just have to look to our families' and our own salvation, and say goodbye to the America we all grew up in.

I refuse to give up hope. There are plenty of people (and churches) all over the country that are praying and I believe God when he said:

14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14, King James Version (KJV).

Notice he's speaking to HIS people so it's up to us to pray unceasingly for this nation to return to HIS "lordship" as it was originally established and under which it became the richest nation on earth. The problem is getting HIS people to unite and pray and that will have to come from the churches (all denominations) being led by their priests, pastors, preachers, rabbis. Someone needs to put out a call to them and designate a day, week or even a month to save the nation. "Great things are accomplished thru prayer."

and I pray for this nation daily and usually more than once. I realize that God will keep His promise to heal this land if we will meet His conditions. I also realize that God has seen the end from the beginning and has written down the history of the world for us to see and understand.

My hope is in the Lord whether this nations turns or whether it burns. Regardless I will keep praying. I love this land the Lord has so generously given to us.

Praise God for all that He has blessed us with.
