Congratulations,

This is something that is very difficult but worth while.

I weigh in at between 225 and 230 and my goal also this summer is to hit 200.

I have found it is fairly easy to lose weight for a time but is is extremely difficult to keep it off for extended periods of time. It takes great self control. I hope you succeed.

It has been a long battle to get it down this far. It is the lowest that I have been in many a year, There have been periods that I have dropped as little as three to five pounds and some where I have lost as many as twenty. When I have reached this point I take amything as a victory. Three months ago I was so surprised when I dropped from 298 down to 272. I even asked the nurse who was doing it if the scale was right. She smiled and said, "Hey this place is operated by UMASS. It better be right." I didn't even dispute the scale this time. I'll let you know in June how I do next time.
