I have a prayer request too. The girl's name is Katherine Lind. She and her Mother and father (Patricia and Jay) are members of our church family. Katherine has accute lyme disease. I dom't know if you are familiar with it but Lyme disease is a disease which comes from the bite of the deer tick. She is the fiancee of my pastors o9ldest son. They are both 18 years old and he is away at seminary studying for the ministry. They are both great kids and hopefully she will recover. The anazing thing about that disease is that many doctors, medical facilities and insurance companies do not recognise the disease swo treatment is very expensive as well as painful. I'm sorry that I didn't think of posting this here sooner.

He said that they took her to Boston Children's Hospital. The Hosptal accepted the diagnosis but the Doctor refused to treat her. He said that they are getting btreatment for her now but it is horribly expensive.

Do some research on "Hyperbaric" treatment for lyme disease. I know of two (a dad and daughter) who have been successfully treated by this method.

It is a pressure chamber which is filled with pure oxygen and the patient undergoes oxygenation treatment while under pressure. The bacteria cannot survive in the presence of oxygen and the pressure oxygenates the body and kills out the bacteria that causes the disease.

This is basically what they do with deep sea divers who have to be put in a pressure chamber with oxygen to keep them from getting the bends.

I will remember them in my prayers but please Google the Hyperbaric treatment of Lyme Disease.
