I was beginning to wonder that about YOU, until I saw the new Genesis post at the end of last week. Then I went away the next day... Went over to Terre Haute for the Covered Bridge Festival... and I meant to tell you so you wouldn't worry, sweetie. Just got back last night.
Now I'm going to reread the study to refresh it in my mind. Hope you and Dale are fine as frog hair. Not sure what's going on with Miz Connie. I know she means to come here daily, but she just can't tear herself away from politics at Potpourri. I weaned myself from that place, but I know it can be addicting--trying to wake up liberals and edjumicate them. *-)

You know I've always loved HB's teachings but to be honest my interest (which should be in the entire Bible and is to a certain extent) centers on certain books, i.e. Daniel (thank you HB for your thorough teaching on it) and particularly the Psalms. I know Genesis is the beginning and where we should begin our study of God's word but I've never been able to really get into it in the depth that HB does (just like I skip over the "begats"). Of course I've been exposed to all the books of the Bible all my life so I am familiar with them but, like so many Christians, I have my favorites. Probably not too smart but, hey, I'm an old lady and have earned a little leeway....giggle!

I could never keep interested in reading Genesis--even though I did it--but I have learned so much from reading the studies Hillbilly has developed and it has made it a very interesting book to me. Never thought I'd say that. LOL!
Welcome home, Miz Connie. Hope you'll come back a little more often and contribute some of your thoughts as well.
xoxo
