Hillbilly: Don't know if this will help but I had the same thing happen to me. Don't know what kind of machine you have but mine is an e-machine. Went into the Recovery Center and clicked on Programs (add/remove programs) and it listed everything on the hard drive. Showed Adobe Flash Player 10 Active X but the plug-in wasn't listed. Once I downloaded the plug-in everything worked fine.
