Thank goodness we have the privilege of your teaching to help us understand it. One of the things I like about Daniel is that he is a true historian and usually starts by saying who was king at the time and where he was at the time of his visions. The importance of this is that it most likely identifies the area from which the anti-Christ will come from. Admittedly it is a large area but what is of most interest to me is that almost all the entire area is Islamic in religion. This coincides with what Joel Richardson says in his book "The Islamic Antichrist" and I believe we can see the nations lining up for the fulfillment of this scripture. Certainly Islamism is on the move and more and more nations are becoming Islamic including Europe (and especially Great Britain) and we see signs of it spreading and gaining a foothold here in the U.S., e.g. the building of a huge mosque in the area of the destroyed towers. I notice in Great Britain particularly many of the churches (because of lack of a congregation) have been taken over by the Islamists and also many of the buildings being sold by the Roman Catholic church are being bought by Islamists. There is also a mansion on the property built by someone else and and sold for non payment of taxes which they use for housing. It's all very quiet and non-threatening, but kind of raises red flags for me. It seems rather an odd place for the Mosque.

The westerners don't even know what's going on until they've taken control and, I hate to admit it, but they are right. Most of the Christians are content to sit in their pews every Sunday and totally ignore what's going on the other six days of the week. They are completely unaware of the Islam peril facing this country and the MSM keeps their attention on the gulf oil spill and other "disasters" contrived or otherwise while ignoring the evil that is about to descend on "the land of the free and the home of the brave." Let's hope and pray our military is still alert and ready to "step into the breach again." We have to put our trust in the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and the men and women in our military who believe him Him.
