[> That is a tough question! She can't predict what they are going to do but then again she did pick them so that is kinda hard to say. -- Guess everyone usually holds the director responsible cause you hear more director bashing than judge bashing., 16:05:55 04/29/02 Mon

[> What do you mean by "staff" is the question that I would ask...usually "staff" would refer to directors under a national or state director or people that "work" for the system....I don't usually consider judges "staff" because they are usually are not paid employees of the system... -- what happened and maybe that would help understand your question a little bit better, 16:57:45 04/29/02 Mon

[> My input of staff, staff are people that help them at pageants, post their ads, etc. -- No name, 17:43:59 04/29/02 Mon

[> I think the director should be VERY responsible for what their "STAFF" says, does or posts. It is a reflection on the director & their system. -- A staff should follow the directors guidlines without question. A director should choose "STAFF" carefully but continue to be the final decision maker. "Staff" can help or destroy a director., 23:13:10 04/29/02 Mon

[> [> Should a Director be responsible for herself? Like if she lets her pageant be fixed or rigged? Is she responsbile to herself or her contestants? -- Would like to know, 06:58:50 04/30/02 Tue

[> No! The director does not tell her judges who to pick! WE were at one Sunday and my daughter didn't get near what she deserved, but thats not the directors fault! -- Just email the judges and ask them why they didn't like your child. Thats what I'm going to do!, 10:17:04 04/30/02 Tue
