Subject: Freefall Convention 2006

There are now 3 of us going to Ilinois this summer. Declan Carlin, my brother and myself. 19-31 July, fly direct to NY from Belfast, and then to Rantoul. Balloon jumps, a jet, 30000 halo, helicopter, bi plane, $20 jump tickets, free beer (yes!), organised entertainment. Would love some more geese to come along.

How much are you paying for your flights if you don't mind me asking?
Also what's you Accommodation plans?

Really thinking about going this year or 2007

I will be in Australia and am flying from there, but there are direct flights to NY from Belfast. Return flight from NY to Champaign is £100 at moment. We are just going to camp. The 'tent city' gets a good write up as regards fun. Check out www.freefall.com for more info. There are showers for campers. Plenty of cheap accomodation in the town.
