Quick thought (assuming these are real cre's), for someone to post it on this site, a quest has to be discovered, so if someone opens a secret door that is a Trap Quest, s/he gets kicked out. Perhaps it's a perfectly legitimate door opening? Do we need a Discworld Trial system?
Also, I understood from "Dasquian"'s message that some of the already discovered quests have become Trap Quests. Surely these will be remembered by someone who has done them with an alt or refreshed, does that mean he's cheating.
If so, suggested modification to 'help multichars':

-A player will not do a quest that his alt has done before him, unless he forgets how to do it.
