Subject: it was VERY CLEAR that almost all the winners with the exception of maybe 3 was not pageant kids and really did not have hair and makeup. so, if rose wanted those kids to have a chance, well, they got it. there were alot of wins that were a joke pretty much such as 3 yr. old, 5-6 old, 7-9, and 13-15. and in the 10-12 group, she had to win pretty much cause it was pretty bad.
