I am a judge that judges in MS, LA, Al, Tn and TX. I don't care if a child models in 0-3. I look for personality in these ages. If a child that young models than they concentrate too much on what they are doing and forget to smile. They look like little robots. I did not say anything about a child not shining on stage. I am a certified judge and I do not believe in 12 to 23 or 2 year olds modeling! These are babies not robots. I do understand starting to work with a 3 year old to prepare them from the older group they will be entering. If this offends you then you should learn a little more about judging babies. There is no reason for the littles ones to be modeling or have fake hair or makeup on. I do count off for that. And that is how it should be. Now I know you are probably going to want to know my name, but I will not reveal my name to due my judging schedule. No one needs to know who I am, just understand that judges have lost sight of proper judging for babies and should return to basics. Natural beauty in babies is what is looked for not a made up robot. Now I am sure I will have some response to this, but this will be my last post concerning this matter. Happy Pageanting!
