Subject: Dee, this is Cyndi Shapley and you know me very well. We went through this with Amanda and look how well she did. You have a beautiful dusghter and do not let anyone tell you any different. You hold your head up and do not worry about all the talk. People still are unaware of how to use good manners and wish these girls good lucks and congrats. We wish you all the luck in the world!

I normally do not like to post on any of these boards, but when it comes to someone I know, let alone an innocent child then I do have to speak. You people will never change. We have be doing this for years and I have yet to understand WHY people have to be so ugly and rude. These are children and we are trying to raise our children to be respectful of others. Then tell me how can YOUR children learn if you act like a bunch of idiots yourself. My daughter lost and won and no matter what we left with a smile and whatever she won. I was raised to be kind to others and that is how I am raising my daughter. Why don't all of you people who seem to enjoy downing these children it back and take a good look at what you are doing. And before someone gets on here and wants to know who the hell I am, don't bother. My daughter does not compete any more, but we still have friends that we do support in pageants. And before someone states that apparently my duaghter does not compete anymore because she does not, I beg to differ iwth you, she went out a winner and no matter waht she does she will always be a winner in our eyes. And whoever knows us knows she had an amazing pageant life for 7 years. Thank You and please be kind to each other.
