Subject: Warrior Workout

Did anyone notice in his post today that his main topic was fitness and exercise? In it, he speaks of the most important thing as far as your exercising goes (other than just starting) is to *find out for yourself* what works good for you, instead of finding out other people's workouts, etc., and just doing what they do or what they tell you to do.

If Warrior feels this way about working out, I wonder why he ever came out with his own "personalized" workout that he sold for like $100? Oh well, he's still cool.

From,

The Teetster, brother! (They say I look like Beaker!)
