Warrior's workout was as you say personalized meaning it was tailored (through a form and photo's submitted by the individual) to each individuals needs. I felt Warrior was more having a go at Tony Little type "one size fits all" workout videos than anything else.
I mean how the hell is Tony freakin' Little supposed to know what's good for anybody else other than himself? The guys whole gimmick is based on stories that he was a bodybuilder who got injured and couldn't use conventional traning methods anymore. His muscle relaxed and turned to flab and he was really unhappy with himself, got depressed etc etc... So he developed a whole new training sysyem and got himself back in shape. Fantastic. I'm really happy for him. BUT does this not mean that his fitness videos and products are suitable only for people who have previously been injured and can't train conventionally anymore?
I fucking hate Tony Little

That said, personalized or not $100 is pretty damn steep!
