Actually you are wrong, dogs can go into heat and get pregnant as young as 5 to 6 months. So do some research or talk to a Vet. before going off on others...Just saying. I have had a dog get pregnant at get pregnant at 6 months and I had a male impregnate a dog at 5 months, so stop bad mouthing people.
