There are a couple of good groups out in the Guelph/K-W area. Guelph University coached by Dave Scott-Thomas has a group that right now includes, Reid Coolsaet, Andy Hahn, Pete Sullivan, Steve Bendo and many others. Pete Watson is going to join them in a few weeks. Tri-City coached by Pete G. also has a good group lead by Nate and Matt Kerr. They have a web site at www.tctc.kw.net. If you are out West can't go wrong with Kajaks.

These aren't really like the US programs. The closest thing to those programs would be the Fila/US Airways team but unfortunately that team is composed almost entirely of Kenyans. The US programs are also largely focused on the Marathon, as much as I believe there is a need for such a program in Canada, it would take a large amount of capital. Hopefully, some day in the future someone will start such a program.
